Apple may introduce a new, smaller version of MacBook Air next week. Apple has not yet revealed the new MacBook price and may provide more details about this new range of products the company is going to unveil at a press conference. According to the sources, new MacBook air will be priced significantly lower with sleek size and compact features.
The new Air will include Intel-Core processor’s older version and the spec sheet will embrace Nvidia’s MCP89 chipset, reveal sources. Apple may also probably claim longer battery life for its new McBook Air. However, whether Apple’s MacBook Air will have ‘instant-on’ functions like its iPad is still a mystery.
Apple is definitely adding a new product in its kitty; nonetheless, the new product doesn’t seem to look that hot when compared to Apple’s previous products. Apple is growing on rising sales of the Apple products. Besides being the third-largest PC maker in the US, Apple is drawing profits on its iPad sales.
iPad was indeed a hit range of ‘touch-screen’ products and Apple introduced them even when the markets were not-so-ready for this kind of an innovation. Besides being thin, the iPad range offered features like portability and lightness. The new MacBook Air has similar capabilities and thus, it will be very interesting to see what Apple brings out next week at the press conference.
